But we are younger and smarter with all the computer inventions !!!!!!!!! But who has all the knowledge of that Company/Business? The older baby boomers who are all retiring 40 or 60% at a time. The Businesses just started waking up with a big oooopppppps! lol Yes, the older ways of letting the young train with/under the older skilled worker was very wise.
