Gads! What a Thursday!

First your Social Security is frozen so no cost of living raises any more. Yes, they have helped them selves to the peoples money, so many times! To cover their Government spending costs or their own personal life styles? There is very little left!

When did this start? Prez Regan was the first to dip his sticky hand, into the peoples retirement fund , that they had saved out of their salarys.
http://dissidentvoice.org/2010/04/how-ronald-reagan-and-alan-greenspan-pulled-off-the-greatest-fraud-ever-perpetrated-against-the-american-people/ The  two Prez Bushes followed suit and stole from the cookie jar! Now some of both Parties wants it All, or to Cut it back from the people even more!!!!!! Talk about crooks!

What happens to the elderly now? They get to move in with their jobless and homeless children or relatives tent city! Maybe we can all camp out on the White House's Lawn. As that is where all our money went!

We Must Stop the Cabal's Looting of Social Security Funds
Since the Johnson administration, the cabal that came into power through the coup d'etat of the Kennedy assassination has been looting Social Security funds and using them to pay for their illegal imperialistic operations.
Cabal puppet politicians never mention that the Social Security system has been compiling a huge surplus since it was created. Why? Because they've been illegally looting that surplus for years to hide the real size of the current federal budget deficit, allowing them to spend more and justify tax cuts for the wealthy. US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) data show that while government’s reported deficit averaged about $300 billion a year from 2002 to 2006, the real current deficit was actually more than 50 per cent larger. The government just "steals" about $160-$200 billion from the Social Security Trust Fund every year--under the table. In 2007, the real deficit was $449 billion according to the OMB. However, the "official" deficit widely reported was only $257 billion, because it's government policy to add the borrowed Social Security Trust Fund surplus ($192 billion in 2007) to revenues before calculating the "official" deficit.
The cabal wants to pillage social security because it's where a big pile of money is--in the TRILLIONS!
Beginning in earnest with Ronnie Reagan and continuing on through Bush II--and now Obama--the cabal has looted the Social Security surplus fund by spending the money on Iran/Contra gun-running and Iraq and Afghanistan war-profiteering on weaponry manufactured by their defense industry cronies!
Since the presidency of Lyndon B. Johnson, the government has illegally used money from the Social Security trust fund to support military spending and bailing out corrupt banks. Americans have been sold the lie that the Social Security funds are merely a part of the federal government's revenue. In actuality the Social Security trust fund was set up as a separate program, completely detached from the federal government's revenue stream or outlay.

Dark Chocolate

Health Discovery

Go Over to the Dark Side. Of Chocolate, That Is

Weekly chocolate consumption helps heart

| If a little is good, then a lot is … worse?
That is the less-is-more conclusion of a new study of older Swedish women that found that eating high-quality chocolate once or twice a week is good for the heart, but eating it too much is not. A Nine year study.

Bitter Is Best

Cocoa beans are processed into cocoa solids and cocoa butter. The solids contain the antioxidants. The higher the percentage of cocoa content listed on a wrapper, the more antioxidants inside.
The purest commercial varieties, like unsweetened baking chocolate, taste bitter,

Which means that most chocolate consumed contains sugar. Most ingredients added to chocolate raise its caloric and fat content and lower its antioxidants

Six Benefits of Dark Chocolate

At any age, recent studies have
shown, dark chocolate may:

  1. Lower blood pressure by dilating blood vessels.
  2. Reduce the risk of diabetes by reducing blood sugar and insulin.
  3. Activate enzymes that eliminate cancer−causing carcinogens and mutagens.
  4. Reduce the risk of blood clots and strokes by inhibiting the clumping of blood platelets.
  5. Keep cholesterol levels stable or even slightly improve them.
  6. Enhance cognitive function by increasing blood flow in the brain.

That doesn't mean American women need to eat twice as much dark chocolate to protect their hearts, cautions Linda Van Horn, professor of preventive medicine at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. "Chocolate is not magical and does not work in isolation," she says. A diet that is high in fiber, fruits and vegetables, fish "and a little chocolate," she adds, is best for avoiding weight gain and preventing heart disease.

The study, published online this month in the journal Circulation: Heart Failure, was conducted by researchers from Harvard University and Sweden's Institute of Environmental Medicine. They looked at the heart failure rates of nearly 32,000 women who had filled out food consumption questionnaires as part of a Swedish mammography study.
