Ingredients
2 1/2 cups canned garbanzo beans, rinsed 1 1/2
tbsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. cumin 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh
parsley Salt and pepper to taste
Methods/steps
In
a blender mix all ingredients until desired consistency is obtained.
For a softer texture add 1/4 cup of water. Chill and serve cold with
pita or chips Or the way Jillian wants:)
