By now many people who’ve been plagued with ‘fitful dreams or visions’ are well aware these premonitions are coming to pass. In speaking with readers from a multitude of countries it is clear no single culture can claim exclusivity with regard to spirituality & visions. For people who’ve come to terms with life’s paranormal realities, it is not a matter of ‘If’ visions are real but how to survive them as prophetic events strike at the core of their lives and sensibilities, myself included.


I’m not immune to the time of change and share a place in the trenches with the rest of you buttheads as prophecies come to pass. It should be as plain as the nose on your face that evil, greed and deception are the cornerstones of mankind’s ‘New Era’ of globalization. Morality was replaced by the corporate bottom line and the cries of the innocent are an exercise in futility. Industries lust for rare earth minerals, oil & gold and will resort to criminality and genocide to acquisition minerals around the world to the joy of their investors. In the grand scheme of things investors are equally culpable for the sins corporate thugs commit in the name of profits. In essence investors have as much blood on their hands as investees and ultimately will share in the retribution their antics spawned. What comes around, goes around homeboy so don’t snivel like a baby when you get a taste of your own medicine eh. It will not fly but you can kid yourselves all you want but the only people you will fool is yourself. That’s the bug in the ointment for people who claim they were unaware or oblivious of the crimes committed by their investees and blind trusts are only sugar coated blood money.


The good news is the fact man’s reign of greed and deception is reaching its crescendo in one of the most elaborate pyramid schemes ever concocted, globalization. Centuries and centuries of abuse by a hand full of families are coming to a close boys and girls as predicted within a multitude of dogmas & oral traditions and it does not stop there. Dogmas and ideological principles from throughout the planet describe catastrophic disasters of every kind. I’ve yet to find words to describe what I’ve seen in visions since I never saw or heard of these events before in nature. We will soon learn how other advanced civilizations simply went kaput. Take it or leave it but that’s what I’ve seen in visions since I was a poop butt kid and I can safely say many of my readers around the world share these very same visions.


With all that said, adnauseam I might add, there is the personal aspect to the era we live. We can prepare physically for catastrophe with shelters, stocks of food, water and guns but we are powerless to defend ourselves from those butt crack spirits that manipulate ‘simple’ minds. But if you are already hooked up within your dogma or ideological principle this is a no brainer and you already prepared for the spirit war that is happening at this very moment. The only problem is the fact you might be prepared spiritually but that does not mean everyone else around you is, and that’s where the kink in the garden hose is. It’s a real pisser I tell yea.


No matter how much you prepare spiritually there is no guarantees and we can’t dodge mankind’s proverbial bullet when people around us begin to lose control and follow the influences of evil. The family unit is the primary target for bad spirits and they are working over time and family units are being destroyed around the world. Remember that brother against brother and father against son part of prophecy? That is in full bloom as family after family falls pray to spirits who are attacking them. Why? Well it is really quite simply since family has strength and a bond that evil can’t quite stand and they will go out of their way to crap in your corn flakes.

Not all families are being destroyed but if you asked a family that is still bonded they will tell you how much crap they are
taking from just about everywhere. It’s those butt crack spirits trying to screw them over and they will resort to anything to break the bond of a family unit. Other families who are not in tune are killing their kids, husbands/wives and destroying their own lives for a host of lame reasons, especially from stupid voice in their pin-heads. The news is wracked with stories of abuses, murders and suicides from seemingly healthy families in the heart of suburbia. Families that were considered pillars of the community by their peers are doing some crazy ka ka. From sacrificing their kids to roasting them in the oven, people are losing a grip with sanity in droves.  

For people like me who are aware of this time of change it is not a matter of proving that change is here, it’s a matter of surviving all those visions and prophecies we know are coming. I’ve seen and experienced some strange things in my lifetime but watching the masses go mad must be the highlight of my paranormal experiences to date. Space dudes don’t hold a candle to this new form of mass hysteria but they will add to the chaos in the future. But rest assured this is only the beginning for the spirit-world is going into hyper drive. Sadly world leaders are in the deep pockets of evil and from what we already know, evil is in the drivers seat and doing a fine job in many nations.   

People rant about Scientology, pointing fingers at Elron Hubbard’s crew and scared entity but not a peep is uttered about the other secretive groups the elitists from around the world are members of. Elitists are in for a big surprise because they are destined to be betrayed by their own and sacred entities for that is prophecy as well. Just suppose these elitists are all ga ga with some alien being they presume to be benevolent and the true keeps of the secrets of the universe. Obviously these pencil neck geeks will be considered G*D’s but that is pure blarney and I am surprised these so called educated elitists fell for it in the first place. But as we all know, greed blinds a person’s soul and humans are really stupid anyway when it comes down to it. Like chickens in a coup, people will follow anyone who offers them some corn with a promise of more, even the devil himself apparently.

Mankind never actually became ‘civilized’ and is only a half step away from the stone age and eating thy neighbor. I still can’t find the passage in their sacred book that states where it is OK to kill people, take their land and murder the survivors though. Just skip the civilized part, mankind is just stupid and should stick their tongues in a wall socket and save Ma Earth the trouble making them extinct. Man has been stupid for a long time; just go back to the time of Ramses the 2nd and the shameful use of religion so troops can fight under one religion. Butthead Constantine mistook aliens and UFO’s for a sign from G*D to kill people and that was pure stupid. Charlemagne only drove the point home and it all went down hill from there and through the ages. Using G*D to justify killing people was a contradiction of their sacred teachings but that’s OK, G*D said it’s cool to kill for material gain, riches, land and now; rare earth minerals. Funny how some very exclusive elitist groups claim lineage to those butt cracks of world history but that should be a sign as to who is following the false profit.

There is really nothing we serfs can do about it but bare in mind Ma Earth has something for their ass. The elitist’s days are numbered no matter how many advanced weapons they have and people they kill off to protect their lies, their ass is toast and there is nothing they can do about it. Their not-so-sacred entities will also be on the hot seat no matter what they try to do either. When the day comes elitists finally reveal their sacred connection I will not be impressed. Why pay homage to alien or spirit pukes who shared technology with greedy and reprehensible people over the millennia’s who used it to dominate and murder people”? I’ll wager the revelation of alien involvement with elitists will be more about control, domination and a way to keep the masses in check in a form of spiritual shock doctrine.

Bare in mind there are more spirits and aliens on earth now than every before and they are not all grays, browns and reptilians. Many look almost like us except for a few minor details and others don’t even need a craft to zip in and out of earth’s atmosphere.  Any supernatural crappola elitists reveal in the future will only verify my point they’ve been hooked up with bad spirits or star people all along. In my visions I saw people from all cultures totally freaking out when governments revealed their ‘sacred’ connection with extraterrestrials.

Having visions and getting a glimpse of what the future holds is sort of cool but also a major pain in the ass these days for me since I have to live through all this Scheiss, if I am lucky. I am not alone for there are people from across the globe from all quarters of society who are having the same visions as I only they are silent because of a myriad if reasons including the fear of being labeled a nut case. They also share anxiety or frustration at stupid earth guys who continue to ignore the warnings of the ancients. The time of change has already begun and Ma Earth is counting coup. ‘The Stupid Earth Guy Show’ is only in the 2nd act and the juicy stuff is yet to come and you ain’t seen nothing yet baby. You really need to get a grip on this era or you will die only because you were too lame to see the forest for the trees or decided to ignore common sense. But if you choose to kiss ass with aliens that governments claim are benevolent then maybe you would be better off dead because you will have given your soul to the devil, just like them.

Burma: Angels Assist Kachin Soldiers in Battlefield Miracles

In the heat of battle, Kachin troops found themselves under attack from several flanks. When all seemed lost a Kachin officer appeared out of nowhere, standing in plain view of both Burmese and Kachin troops. Instantly he began directing gunfire and the Kachin dutifully followed orders redirected their fire sucessfuly forcing the aggressors to retreat. The officer began pointing out other hot-spots; again the Kachin routed more entrenched invaders. When the battle was over the Kachin officer simply vanished into thin air.

When Jinghpaw soldiers reported back to headquarters and inquired about this heroic officer in the battlefield, command did not know this officer nor did they send anyone. Soldiers who witnessed this phantom officer mentioned that he was standing tall in spite of Burmese troops shooting everything they had at him. This is not the first time a phantom officer appeared to Jinghpaw troops and literally save the day.

There is no question the Kachin march under the Christian flag as well as the Kachin. They pray before engaging the enemy and walk with absolute faith within their Baptist belief system. Are these phantoms actually Angel’s sent from G*D? To the fighting Kachin there is no question they have re-enforcements from a higher power. Superstitious Burmese troops also witnessed these phantoms and I could only imagine what went through their minds when bullets had no effect. Miracles have become regular occurrences for these brave and courageous Jinghpaw soldiers.

My Kachin brother stressed the point that the Kachin people don’t hate Burmese or other religions and only wish to live in harmony with their neighbors. He told me the Kachin already know they are alone in this fight. But with the arrival of these ‘Angel’s’ or phantoms they may not be as alone as they are perceived to be. These Angel’s appeared at a most critical time in the heat of combat and they were truly an answer to their prayers. With people from around the world also praying in earnest for a miracle it is a pleasure to inform them, “Yes your prayers most definitely are being heard and answered’.  

I also want the Jinghpaw back in Kachinland to know that they are not alone in their struggle to save their nation & people. They are in the hearts and soul of people from around the world and people from all denominations are offering prayers for their survival. As word spreads about the injustice being perpetrated against the Kachin people they are appalled and shocked as details come into focus. People are beginning to question their politicians as to exactly why sanctions are being lifted when people are being killed by a government who claims to be a budding democracy. They are also questioning why the media has chosen to disregard news about Burma’s Secret War.

My question is, “How many politicians are invested in corporations who want to turn Kachinland into an open pit mine?” Unfortunately, there are a multitude of politicians who are invested in mining and rare earth mineral futures globally speaking. With Hillary & Bill Clinton deep in the pockets of international mining interests Burma does have powerful allies. But with Angels re-enforcing Kachin soldiers in the battlefield Burma is woefully outnumbered and destined to be defeated. Just remember the story of David & Goliath, the story of a well armed Philistine behemoth of a warrior named Goliath, who was defeated by a simple rock tossed by a shepherd boy named David. Obviously Angels were with David and I can’t help but wonder; was Michael the Archangel disguise as a Kachin officer? I would not be surprised.

As for me, I will continue to make medicine and offer prayers within my tradition for my Kachin brothers and sister for they are not alone or forgotten, by me or G*D.

Walking and Diabetes

I am a believer in early morning power walks and I’m living proof a person can beat diabetes, lower blood pressure and actually have something nice to say when confronted by humans. I used to run but now I try to knock off 4 miles in 50 minutes or so. I know there are people who can run circles around me and I don’t care. Sometimes I’ll mix a few half mile jaunts into my routine but walking is mostly what me and my PF Flyers like to do.


The mechanics of my early morning stroll is really quite simple. Get up way to early, 4 am. Meet my walking chum at a desolate turn-about in the woods at 4:30 am. Then we walk at an extreme pace, almost a run, but not quite. I mean, we are ‘strutt’n it’ down this dirt road for exactly 2 miles. We stop, I take a piss then we head 2 miles back up the hill where we parked our cars. The challenge is to maintain the pace we kept when we were coming down the trail. Ain’t no big deal, it does not require rocket science and you can wear spandex if you really wanted to.


As for us, its sweats and Nikes plus a few big caliber guns, just in case bears or big kitties try to add us to their menu. Bears and big cats do eat people here and I have little desire to experience a culinary adventure as an entrĂ©e. The trick is to continue walking long after you’ve convinced yourself you don’t need to walk anymore. After you make it over the hump (about two weeks) you’ll walk rain or shine like clock work and even feel guilty when you can’t go anywhere because a blizzard closed all the roads. 


The kewl part of getting up so early is the fact we are in the cool of the day and everywhere smells ‘green’. Plants fill the air with their crisp and sweet earthen fragrances and it totally rocks. We run next to a stream and follow it to the next tributary and down to the lake where we run along the shore to our 1/2 way point. The sun is not even on the horizon and on a full moon its way bitchen out there. Ducks and geese greet us every morning as they forage for breakfast. As spring turns into summer the deer and elk are coming out in force. We found bear crappola along our trail, a big turd to. Easy math, big turd equals big bear and from what we’ve gathered it’s a daddy bear that stands at about 9 feet tall according to marks on the trees. The walk is very healthy, refreshing and exhilarating provided you are not eaten.


By the time 5:35 am rolls around I’m having my first cup of java back in my mountain chalet (shack) and getting ready to dance with the body bag. I might as well work on those body shots and left hook eh. After all; ‘If you ever have to defend yourself with your hands it’s nice to send the aggressor to bed early’, I always say. Screw that dancing around routine, I’m too old for all that dramatic stuff. In my elderly state I prefer to jump in and take care of business when I think someone might do harm to my frail self. Just deliver a few quick lethal cabeza and body shots then call an ambulance before they bleed all over my gladiolas. Hmm, maybe I should check my sugar. One thing you can safely bank on is the fact the world is a much more violent place and its destine to get much worse. Having the ability to jog a few miles away from danger at any given time would be a survival skill indeed.


And here is the coolest part of this story. My walking chum used to be diabetic and had to take insulin several times a day along with pills. But after we started our walks his sugar came down and eventually he no longer needed shots or pills to stabilize his sugar levels or blood pressure. We also maintain a quality nutritious diet and eat lots of dead plants & cactus. Did you know that Nopales or Prickly Pear Cactus is a hedge against diabetes? It grows wild all over the Southwest and it does not require a prescription. I experienced something similar when I had diabetes only thing was I ate walrus blubber and a bunch of other tribal foods during one of my global odysseys. I was running around the woods and eating traditional foods & bushes back then. So it could have been anything or a combination of all of the above for all I know. One thing is for sure, I’m no longer diabetic. 


Now, I don’t have daily access to whale, walrus, seals and other culinary dishes I once imbibed in. But I stay physical, eat real food and steer clear of Triglyceride Burgers and Trans Fatty Fries. Once in a while I will eat at Carl’s with my mom, she likes Carl’s. I can’t get her to eat squid or octopus let alone a durian or tea leaf salad but she will tear up some buffalo or elk with no hesitation. At 85 yrs of age I doubt she would join me on my morning constitutionals but she is a hoot with a couple Singapore Slings in her gullet when I take her to ‘the lounge’ on special occasions. And what does getting my 85 yr old mom sauced have to do with diabetes, nothing but she is a lot of fun.


I can’t guarantee if you stopped taking your meds do more physical activity and eat good foods you will cure your diabetes. But I can guarantee you that it would not hurt if you tried in earnest to get more physical and quit eating out of the corporate dumpster. I’ve seen many people turn their diabetes around by doing these simple things, no CD’s, pills, or books, just exercise and paying attention to what you stuff in your pie hole. Granted not everyone was completely cured but everyone did get a better handle on their disease by making their condition easier to manage. Even now I find myself looking at contents and balancing my intake even though my sugar is good. With the proper amount of physical activity alone there are many conditions we can alleviate ourselves of by simply moving and breaking a sweat.


And if by chance this is the time of change you had better be able to move your butter ball butt down the road if needed. What about all that survival stuff you bought? Will you be able to lug that junk around without dying of a heart attack? A tornado will sweep down and carry your lard ass to Kansas if you are not careful. I am no track star and you don’t need to stroll 4 miles a day while beating the daylights out of a body bag to be in fit condition but you need to do something physical as a routine and that’s the bottom line. If you prefer to sit on your keister diabetes is only one of many conditions that will plague you to an early grave.


Worse yet, you might evolve to look like one of those pencil neck technology dependant sissies from space with a giant head and bony arms and legs. And I can’t help but wonder; what do alien chicks look like? Now that’s a dramatic ending eh.

An Epitaph to a Once Proud Nation?

‘We The People’ have been replaced with ‘We the corporate shills of the Bilderberg Cartel’. President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned America about the impending threat of the military/industrial complex but nobody listened. Now both the Democratic and Republican Parties no longer represent the voice of Americans but the vested interests of a hand full of global oligarchists. Democracy has officially died and nobody cares.



It is debatable: who actually was the last President of the United States of America. Was it Dwight D. Eisenhower or was it John F. Kennedy? Eisenhower did manage to finish his term in office while giving us a stern warning about the rise of the Bilderberg’s military/industrial complex. But it was Jack Kennedy who took the fatal bullet because he planned to end the war in Vietnam. In stark contrast it was President Lyndon B. Johnson, JFK’s Vice President, and his wife Claudia or ‘Ladybird’ who amassed a personal fortune from their investments in this sham but lucrative war marking the end of true Democracy in America.


With the ‘fix in’ within American politics both the Democratic and Republican parties began to change ever so minutely with each presidential election. Though they appeared to be diametrically opposed to one another their directions ultimately flowed in the same stream. The only real difference between both parties at this juncture is that one party is covert while the other is overt in their push for the New World Order. Forget about all the gushy speeches and the bold faced lies because talk is cheap and inaction speaks louder than words.


The Bilderberg Group was the spearhead of the military industrial complex provided you were paying attention. Their rolls ‘coincidentally’ include heads of the mainstream media, military contractors, a multitude of corporations and leaders of the once free world. Democracy and humanity have long since disappeared from the face of the planet and now civil society is a pipe dream but sounds off in speeches. The election of 2012 is nothing more than a changing of the guard since the two main candidates are corporate shills. The voice of the people is of no consequence to the corporate owned media and other candidates are just folly for talking heads before commercial breaks.


The only hope for America and democracy as a whole would be the election of a write in candidate. But that will never happen since the corporate owned media only promotes the two corporate candidates. Ron Paul is only one of many ‘other’ candidates and it would behoove the American electorate to explore other presidential candidates if ‘we the people’ expect to salvage this nation from corporate tyranny and the fabled New World Order. It would also be nice if all the disenfranchised and apathetic voters were to make their voices heard this November since only a hand full of well organized investor/voters are choosing our leadership. And its all about the money paisan, capice?


Contrary to popular belief, you don’t simply throw your vote away if you vote for someone other than the two corporate stooges. You make your voice heard and if the election is close between the two stooges they will have to pander to the other candidates and offer concessions to garner their electoral votes, think about it eh. It would also send a message to the elitists that; ‘We are mad as hell and we are not gong to take it anymore!’, to coin a phrase. If everyone voted we might just turn this country around and get someone who truly is an American Patriot, not a screw that was hand picked by elitists. Just remember that apathy is a tool of the corporate ghouls who’ve hijacked this nation and if you sit on your duff thinking your vote does not count then the epitaph of this nation will read;


“Here lies a once proud nation, Democracy, and The Constitution of the United States of America; Victims of globalization/colonization, and corporate greed”

Lets see who are the easy ones to steal water from? Where it is okay to polute the waste water that is left over from our projects? Where only people who are not cared about and dumb wild animals we could care less about live? So it would only be for them to drink from ? But  have it done far away from the Public Eye? BUFFETS: Behind Asian Smiles, A River of Tears Part 3

With Chinese corporations permeating the Asian restaurant scene within the United States I’ve been doing an on going investigation. Previous stories exposed some very disturbing facts about some mainland Chinese food corporations who use Taiwan as a store front. FOXCONN is a classic example of a Chinese shill corporation that abuses employees for fun and profit. From Human Trafficking to the sale of rancid food, I’ve uncovered some distasteful facts from many employees who work or worked in Chinese owned  kitchens. Now I have another update that will peel the varnish off your chopsticks.

In a gathering I attended with my Asian associates we got into another conversation about the Asian food industry. A Vietnamese friend of mine told a tale about a bogus Vietnamese restaurant his wife worked at. His wife got the job since she assumed it was owned and operated by Vietnamese here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area but sadly she soon discovered it was owned by a Chinese woman. My friend called the kitchen of the restaurant a ‘chamber of horrors’ because of its scurrilously repugnant nature.

The working conditions were similar to that of other Chinese owned buffets that dot the landscape, you work 12 to 16 hours a day with only one break, 7 days a week. For Chinese immigrants their plight was compounded by the fact many were illegal and worked as indentured servants in a tyrannical atmosphere. For a national to make waves to the Department of Labor would guarantee their families back in mainland China would be tortured and murdered. The language barrier and the fact they were illegal also was a factor allowing unsavory Chinese employers to abuse them at their leisure. Other victims, citizen or not, are completely oblivious to US labor laws and continue to abide by the caste system and accept their place as slaves.

Fortunately my Vietnamese friends were US citizens for several decades and not so willing to bow to anyone especially a Chinese tyrant. In fact the husband was a war veteran of the Vietnam the conflict. In any event his bride worked in the pseudo Vietnamese restaurant for only one week because the working conditions were so horrific. According to the husband when he picked up his wife at the end of her first week of employment he could not believe his eyes since she was so haggard. “I could not recognize her” he said. After just one week at the kitchen she appeared to age 20 years and that was when he asked her to quit. Then she revealed what transpired during her first week and only week of employment.

No one was allowed to speak to each other while they sorted dirty dishes. Sorting dishes consisted of getting plates from previous customers and taking out the ‘good’ bits of food and ‘recycling’ them. Shrimp, noodles, rice, veggies, egg rolls, soups, and other foods that were not eaten by previous customers were sorted and placed back in the heap for resale, yummy. They would isolate all the good looking food with no teeth marks and discard only a fraction of the remainder of the used platter. Imagine all those dishes of used food entering a production line to be reused on someone else’s plate for that is exactly what they were doing. Boneheads rant and rave about ultra lean meat falsely labeled as ‘pink slime’ while real garbage is being served up piping hot across the country.

Is this a new revelation about some Asian proprietors? Nope, if you read my older *stories you would know this is actually old news since this is common practice in many unscrupulous Chinese Buffets and sushi bars. I’ve interviewed a multitude of people within this industry and for the most part they are scared to death to say a word to outsiders. Since some folks don’t have legal status in America they would face death whence they were deported back to China if they said a word to the health department. It is a Catch 22 for them since they loose either way.  So it’s a win, win situation for morally bankrupt Chinese entrepreneurs because silence is the order of the day. With no regard for the working caste replacing disgruntled employees is just a matter of a simple coded phone call back to mainland China and voila; the order is filled with new and obedient slaves. The trouble makers are dispatched and their families back on the mainland are harassed or murdered for this blatant act of disobedience. Illegal aliens who disappear are not missed for they never existed in the first place. It all works out.

Malaysia is a hot spot for human trafficking, there is no question but there is another route many Chinese kitchen workers arrive that does not garner much media attention and that is the trusty old shipping container. It is said many people die from asphyxia in containers and their bodies are simply discarded like rubbish whence discovered by people other than port authorities. It is hard for a container filled with dead and bloated bodies to go undetected at customs but some do. Others perish when container ships sink like the one off the coast of New Zealand did a few months back. In any event human trafficking has become more innovative as shipping technologies continue to expand and evolve globally. Like notable Progressive Billary Clinton once said; ‘There are way too many people on earth’ so what’s the big deal about a few dead Asian peasants anyway? It’s all about the corporate bottom line and recycling used food is probably not so bad after all. Waste not, want not eh…

Shipping containers from China have many commodities in them and according to some Chinese workers I’ve spoken to they were one of these commodities packaged and shipped to the USA. Once the shipping container cleared customs at the harbor it was delivered to a warehouse. The migrants were fed and watered then ultimately redistributed around the country to various Chinese owned and operated enterprises who ordered them. I was surprised these human beings did not have a bar code tattooed on them. Other means of access to the USA include the assistance of corrupt UN officials who assist well funded and organized human traffickers in garnering bogus papers (UN Name) to refugees. Once they are documented they’re shipped to countries to fill orders in yet another elaborate human trafficking scheme. There is no question migrant and refugees from around the world are utilized in this manner to suit the needs of other corporate thugs. Globalization at it’s best.

Young Asian boys and girls enter the country with bogus papers all the time and not just for kitchen staff. Their actual ages range from between 13 to 17 buy crafty UN officials that reassign them 5 to 15 years older when drafting their new and improved birth certificates. So it all works out for people in the restaurant and sex trade supplying them with cute slaves they can use and abuse at their leisure. One sushi proprietor used to order gals out of Malaysia to the pleasure of him and his workers like he was ordering pizza or a Harry Potter DVD. Then he would sell them to other store owners or traffickers within the USA and Canada. Ordering women out of Asia is not relegated only to unscrupulous Asian restaurateurs either. It’s a cancer that has infected other cultures, particularly those with affluence who can afford this luxury.

On a side note I was made aware of an Asian man who was actually in his late 20’s but was issued an ID and UN name making him to 17 years old, again. He was attending high school and having a field day with teenage girls. Maybe I should go to Malaysia and get a new improved UN name and be 39 years old legitimately. Unfortunately I am not Asian and my age clearly shows an old native dude who was rode hard and put up wet. Toss in a few scars, holes, burn marks and a bad case of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, I seriously doubt I could pass for 39 either. UN name and ID or not I would still be an old buzzard with anger management issues. Maybe if I dyed my hair blond, spiked it, worn an Anime tee-shirt and baggy pants that revealed my color coded boxers. Hmm, I wonder…………..

The sex slave market place is booming throughout the United States and Canada. Young guys and gals are subjected to every kind of abuse imaginable including torture and death. But this is another story. When I cover stories about Chinese employer abuses the issue gets muddled since it gets hard to differentiate between the food & labor and human trafficking issues since they appear to run in unison. Mainland Chinese front corporations out ofTaiwan are notorious for food and employee abuses. They are a pocks to the food industry as a whole since criminality flourishes with corporations that have the blessings of the World Trade Organization and their member, the  Chinese Communist Party. Chinese oligarchist’s disdain for Americans is all too apparent in the foods they serve us. Ask a Vietnamese about the garbage China sends their people in Vietnam, from tainted milk to tainted pork and the list does not stop there.

In defense of legitimate Chinese and other Asian entrepreneurs there are many excellent Asian Buffets & Restaurants that don’t use and abuse their employees, let alone serve pre-eaten foods. I’ve explored Asian restaurants around the country and it’s been a wonderful culinary experience for the most part. Why am I so lucky? Well, I always eat where the Asians eat and if I want to explore a new kitchen I simply ask one of my friends. They know where to go and it’s a foodie’s paradise if you know what to look for. Rule of thumb; if restaurant employees appear scared and un-talkative like they have something to hide, that is not a good sign and chances are they do have plenty to hide. Beatings and torture are more common than not from the hand of Chinese handlers within the USA so there are many secrets these enslaved people must endure and recycled food is only one of them. In a nation that ‘harvests’ human organs from Falun Gong, Christian and Buddhist slaves the atrocities being committed here in the USA and Canada are relatively mild by Chinese standards.  

Some employees will watch as unsuspecting people load their plates with foods they know are tainted and used. Eyes are very telling and y’all need to pay attention. I’ve seen this many times in my travels and I’ve walked out of places that filled this criterion with no hesitation in Asian and non Asian restaurants. I learned the hard way and paid the price with the squirts for not paying attention to this detail, if you get my drift. Health departments do inspections and leave a rating at the establishment. Granted some jurisdictions are more active than others so policing diners is an issue generally speaking. On a positive note; if per chance you’re in the Dallas/Fort Worth area **Hong Kong Market Place is an excellent place to begin your Asian culinary adventure, Yee Haw! It’s like taking a trip to Asia without getting felt up by TSA. Hmm, I miss the intimacy though.

Clearly the Everone/Ludwig Files that were released to public access during the attempted take over of the California Valley Miwok Tribe have opened up a Pandora’s Box. Writhe with names, dates and personal transmissions from some of the most affluent politicians in the United States of America spells absolute corruption. The Everone/Ludwig Files clearly identify conspiracy and corruption from billionaire politicians and developers alike whom chose to break both state and federal laws while under the guise legality. 


The paper trail I followed began with Dianne Feinstein and her personal friends formerly employed within the California Gambling Control Commission whom still enjoy strong and influential ties to that organization and the Bureau of Indian Affairs who have in violation of The Federal Code of Regulations (CFR 25) once again as in the past withheld tribal funds in essence effectually starving the CVMT out of existence. Though the Miwok were vindicated and Yakima Dixie disgraced, admitted to the original lie that originated this sham in the first place, the tribe is still without means. It was with the stroke of Under-Secretary of the BIA/DOI Larry EchoHawk’s pen on the re-affirmation of the department’s final agency action that mature status contract funding is now being wrongfully withheld from the tribe in spite of the totality of the fraud perpetrated against this proud and impoverished sovereign tribal nation. Guess that means that, if you’re rich enough and have political standing you are above the law and fraud is acceptable conduct as in the case of Dianne Feinstein and all her political and bureaucratic cronies.


I’ve only scratched the surface of the over 2,500 files Chadd Everone/Ludwig painstakingly collected. Frankly I was overwhelmed by the shear number of politicians and businessmen, carpetbaggers and gold-diggers that were involved. Senators, Representatives and Congressmen on both sides of the isle are implicated and their personal e-mails tell a very compelling story of absolute corruption just to build a casino. The California Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger was involved according to an e-mail from his office. Even the military was not spared by the Everone Files since it clearly identified a retired Rear Admiral of the US Navy who was trying to gain control of Treasure Island as a possible location for the casino, “Once the Tribe is secured”. What a shame it is to realize Indian Wars are still raging within the borders of The Land of the Free.


The frosting on the cake was when Chadd Everone/Ludwig casually stated to a question in open testimony what amounted to that Albert Seeno flew Congressmen George Miller to Washington in his private jet on numerous occasions to visit with Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer and other influential high ranking elected officials to discuss the Miwok situation. There is a vast amount of information on these political figures and government employee’s, more than I could possibly relate in the confines of this story. It’s a good thing these juicy tidbits were made available for public record for there are more people implicated in this wholesale miscarriage of the public’s trust. Just for the record the University of Berkley, Californias’ Anthropology and Sciences Department cronies of Everone were in on the scam up to their eyelids according to documents, e-mails and other transmissions Chadd managed to collect.


Though there will be many more future revelations the Everone Files will undoubtedly expose there is another story here I do believe. What was Chadd going to do with all the documents he copied and stored on his web site? From all indicators it would appear he was collecting the goods on all the politicians he could get his hands on since these doc’s are very revealing to say the least. But wasn’t Albert Seeno his co-conspirator? Why was Chadd collecting the goods on Albert & Associates and another investor named Kuna as well as all the dirty politicians this scam brought into the limelight?


There is no honor among thieves and it would appear Chadd Everone was ultimately working for himself since his files are very incriminating to everyone involved. On the streets there was once a code of silence. Guess Chadd failed Wiseguy 101 and now everyone he was associated with will have to pay the price for his wikileaking in the now infamous Everone Files. With insiders and soon to be revealed co-conspirators in the DoJ it’s a small wonder none of these players need to worry about raids from the feds. The Everone Files also identify DoJ employees who are currently in ca-hoots and like I said, this is only the tip of the iceberg since I’ve only read a hand full of documents at this time. The business contract Yakima signed was a total fraud giving “Friends of Yakima” controlled exclusively by Chadd Everone, absolute financial control of the tribe while sidestepping well established federal Indian law. Yakima’s last will and testament was another masterpiece in fraud since it made Yakima’s descendants culpable for payments for generations to come. Chadd himself authored this document and being no attorney his lack of legal prowess is obvious.


On a side bar Chadd argues he was a PhD even though he never received his degree from a credible university. He simply decided he was a PhD, just because it makes him feel smarter. Eventually other journalists will wade into Chadd’s 2,500 documents and dig out even more salacious material on elected officials who’ve shirked their duty and betrayed their oath of office. Some of the largest developers in California also face some major challenges for their participation in this fraud. While the world is astounded at the magnitude of corruption involved in the attempted destruction of a sovereign tribal nation, the California Valley Miwok Tribe will continue to live and run the tribe on unemployment checks and USDA commodity foods. In America, in this day and age, really? Is this only as far as we have come in addressing the civil rights and legal and moral obligations to Americas federally recognized tribes and their members? How far beyond stupid is that? What is next for the CVMT? Death threats and crank phone calls are commonplace and just another day in the life for these people. Starvation and robbing them of their tribal income failed to eliminate them. One thing is for sure, now the world has an eye on the California Valley Miwok Tribe.

We are revisiting a story that was posted last week on another site. But do to technical difficulties or mad politicians the other site was unable to share this piece. Therefore we are reposting this story before we run the rest of our series on the Everone/Ludwig Files and corruption against native people. 

 The California Valley Miwok Tribe made history and legal precedent preserving the rights of every federally recognized tribe in the United States of America. They faced insurmountable odds against powerfully connected well funded developer’s and corrupt state and federal officials. They wanted to highjack the Miwok tribe for the sole purpose of building a gambling casino. The plot thickens because elected officials were also involved in this travesty.

Chadd Everone/Ludwig, Albert Seeno, Sheppard Mullin and an army of politicians from both sides of the isle at state and federal levels have been exposed. Over 2,500 documents, correspondents and court filings downloaded from Chadd Everone/Ludwig’s web page identify senators, congressmen, state and federal officials from the BIA, DoJ and other agencies. This intricate web of corruption has plagued the CVMT for over 12 years as they struggled to save their tribal sovereignty. The incendiary documents prove beyond a shadow of doubt the Tribe was targeted to steal their blood lineage by unscrupulous well funded people. Chadd cried foul but court officers verified the site was open to the general public and not hacked. Call it a Native American Wikileaks but the information gained was priceless.

Documents revealed Senator Dianne Feinstein went out of her way to stop the tribes 638 funding through crony’s Jerry Gidner of the BIA & Arlo Smith of the Gaming Commission in an effort to starve the tribe out of existence. In one response Jerry told Dianne not to worry, letting her know the fix was in against the tribe. She denied involvement or knowing the criminals involved in the Miwok scam but documents and e-mails prove otherwise. It was just a coincidence she was a fellow trustee of a bank with one of the culprits or maybe she forgot. Dianne’s involvement in the casino scam and debasing the tribe is all too apparent, even a blind man can see the CVMT was a victim of fraud and her fingerprints are all over it.

Dianne’s husband’s association with unscrupulous developer Al Seeno alluded to even more collusive activity against the Miwok People. Unfortunately she was not the only high profile politician who used her influence to destroy this feisty band of natives. Documents reveal deep involvement with other high profile politicians in bed with common criminals and its well worth the read. The implications strike at the core of democracy itself and this is only the tip of the iceberg. There is much more to disclose but I am not privy to reveal them at this time. But rest assured the Miwok are still under siege as their counsel’s continue to peel off the many layers of corruption this case consists of.

Money talks and California still refuses to give the tribe their funding that was withheld, to the tune of $8 million, as unscrupularity plays out its final hand. Sheppard Mullin threatened to drag out this case in perpetuity. The federal government is still in the arrears to the tribe with a bill in excess of $600,000 and it is clear corruption is still waiting in the wings. To make things even more convoluted, the tribe is yet to be allowed the opportunity to appear in a hearing involving their case. This is disturbing since it was also revealed some judges have bias against natives. Why does that not surprise me?

Hopefully the feds will not allow the bogus Newok’s, (a term to describe bogus Miwoks with no heredity) into the legitimate Miwok Nation when the final decision comes to pass. Though this tribe proved their legitimacy as the true CVMT, the courts still skirted the return of tribal funding that was illegally withheld. CVMT Director of Economic Development/ Consultant Tiger Paulk likened this to a Pyrrhic victory since the CVMT won but at such a continuing and devastating cost to the true tribal people and their wellbeing. They are still in limbo with no funding for infrastructure, social services, healthcare and the basics of any community but they don’t have to worry about someone stealing their identity. After all, who would want to be a federally recognized tribe with no means of survival other than food stamps and commodity cheese? Hmm, I like commodity cheese.

Under the stewardship of Larry Echohawk of the BIA justice was served, almost. From the tribes point of view the government vindicated the tribe and its sovereign rights as a federally recognized people. Unfortunately the government threw them under the bus while further litigation continues since they left the tribe to fend for themselves in spite of their vindication. How far beyond stupid is that? Or was it intentional? On the bright side, the Obama Administration did manage to extend unemployment benefits. This is a blessing to the tribe since they have been fighting for the sovereign rights of all tribes inAmericaon unemployment checks and spare change. The irony I found was the fact many nations did not want to get involved or show solidarity for this tribe but now tribes are using the precedence the CVMT made in federal court involving sovereignty issues. I was amazed at the lack of simpatico when I approached a native radio show in an effort to garner more exposure back in 2007. “They will never win” was the response I got. Well bonehead, just be glad I don’t snitch you off for your callous disregard for this nation’s plight.

Later I learned from several elders why some tribes were hesitant to speak out. No one wanted to loose what meager funding they already were receiving for fear of retribution from ruthless BIA officials. Knowing now how deep corruption runs within the BIA it is a substantiated fear indeed. From Tiger’s perspective it was not about the money as much as it was about retaining their birth right and tribal identity. There was plenty of misinformation to swirl around as well and many people did not know the actual facts about the case. Spin doctors peppered the communities with bold faced lies as Newok’s ran around pleading their case to all that would listen. Some folks were very convincing but a lie is a lie no matter how they dressed or what they said.

Tiger Paulk spoke to me as to the tribes’ point of view; “They would rather be the last California Valley Miwoks on earth and if they died, the tribe would die with them and cease to exist rather than giving up their lineage to imposters to falsely represent the tribe for all time.”

It was not about stealing a tribe from some saintly old man named Yakima Dixie. It was about saving the CVMT from unscrupulous investors and developers whom manipulated an individual member and tribal elder to sign his nation away in a realm of fraudulent documents written up by Chadd Everone/Ludwig acting as an attorney.Yakimawas no cherry but in his defense he was also swindled from the start since he was not allowed legal representation when Chadd drafted the infamous documents. Chadd was not an attorney and had no authority to draft such a document in this guise further compounding the fraud. Eventually, in federal court under oathYakimacame clean and recanted all the fraudulent claims he made against his own people leaving egg on the faces of politicians, developers and bogus Newok’s. Tiger said at that moment in the room where Mr. Dixie’s sworn deposition was also being videotaped was precious since all the fraudsters present lowered their heads while their counsels franticly whispered in dismay. Isn’t that special?

Having tribal documents that substantiated the legitimate CVMT claims also weighed heavily against the criminal cartel of politicians, developers andYakima. But the coup de grace and most incriminating piece of evidence in the case came from Chadd Everone/Ludwig via his information packed web site for it gave names, dates and e-mails from all players in this case. The detailed files and correspondents were most illuminating and showed total disregard for the law from politicians who were elected to enforce them. Developers faired no better since the dialogue uncovered a conspiratorial relationship that is unacceptable in a civil society. The files are a smoking gun that will truly raise eye brows for years to come. The revelations are sure to taint even the most illustrious political careers of so called public officials and history will not be kind. It would be interesting to note what other cases these harbingers of fraud are involved in and there is no question the web of corruption will grow as the contents of Everone’s files are fully realized.

There are no words that could do justice in describing Tribal Chairperson Silvia Burley. Educated, articulate, determined and well versed in tribal law, Silvia is a cut above and even in the face of total disrespect from attorneys and government officials she forged forward. In spite of threats to her and her nation’s lives and livelihoods she marched forward in true warrior flare. Tiger Paulk calls her the Miwok SEAL with regard to her ‘special forces’ like prowess in the in all matters concerning the tribe. The dark side to this case is the fact veiled threats flew against her and her people. I guess you can toss in courage for she stood her ground and refused to back down or give an inch. Legal Counsels Robert A. Rosette LLC and Manuel Corrales ESQ are proof nobility still exists in the world for their legal expertise in this case is priceless.

The irony I found was the fact many nations did not want to get involved or show solidarity for this tribe but now tribes are using the precedence the CVMT made in federal court involving sovereignty issues. I was amazed at the lack of simpatico when I approached a native radio show in an effort to garner more exposure back in 2007. “They will never win” was the response I got. Well bonehead, just be glad I don’t snitch you off for your callous disregard for this nation’s plight.


Later I learned from several elders why some tribes were hesitant to speak out. No one wanted to loose what meager funding they already were receiving for fear of retribution from ruthless BIA officials. Knowing now how deep corruption runs within the BIA it is a substantiated fear indeed. From Tiger’s perspective it was not about the money as much as it was about retaining their birth right and tribal identity. There was plenty of misinformation to swirl around as well and many people did not know the actual facts about the case. Spin doctors peppered the communities with bold faced lies as Newok’s ran around pleading their case to all that would listen. Some folks were very convincing but a lie is a lie no matter how they dressed or what they said.


Tiger Paulk spoke to me as to the tribes’ point of view; “They would rather be the last California Valley Miwoks on earth and if they died, the tribe would die with them and cease to exist rather than giving up their lineage to imposters to falsely represent the tribe for all time.”


It was not about stealing a tribe from some saintly old man named Yakima Dixie. It was about saving the CVMT from unscrupulous investors and developers whom manipulated an individual member and tribal elder to sign his nation away in a realm of fraudulent documents written up by Chadd Everone/Ludwig acting as an attorney. Yakima was no cherry but in his defense he was also swindled from the start since he was not allowed legal representation when Chadd drafted the infamous documents. Chadd was not an attorney and had no authority to draft such a document in this guise further compounding the fraud. Eventually, in federal court under oath Yakima came clean and recanted all the fraudulent claims he made against his own people leaving egg on the faces of politicians, developers and bogus Newok’s. Tiger said at that moment in the room where Mr. Dixie’s sworn deposition was also being videotaped was precious since all the fraudsters present lowered their heads while their counsels franticly whispered in dismay. Isn’t that special?


Having tribal documents that substantiated the legitimate CVMT claims also weighed heavily against the criminal cartel of politicians, developers and Yakima. But the coup de grace and most incriminating piece of evidence in the case came from Chadd Everone/Ludwig via his information packed web site for it gave names, dates and e-mails from all players in this case. The detailed files and correspondents were most illuminating and showed total disregard for the law from politicians who were elected to enforce them. Developers faired no better since the dialogue uncovered a conspiratorial relationship that is unacceptable in a civil society. The files are a smoking gun that will truly raise eye brows for years to come. The revelations are sure to taint even the most illustrious political careers of so called public officials and history will not be kind. It would be interesting to note what other cases these harbingers of fraud are involved in and there is no question the web of corruption will grow as the contents of Everone’s files are fully realized.


There are no words that could do justice in describing Tribal Chairperson Silvia Burley. Educated, articulate, determined and well versed in tribal law, Silvia is a cut above and even in the face of total disrespect from attorneys and government officials she forged forward. In spite of threats to her and her nation’s lives and livelihoods she marched forward in true warrior flare. Tiger Paulk calls her the Miwok SEAL with regard to her ‘special forces’ like prowess in all matters concerning the tribe. The dark side to this case is the fact veiled threats flew against her and her people. I guess you can toss in courage for she stood her ground and refused to back down or give an inch. Legal Counsels Robert A. Rosette LLC and Manuel Corrales ESQ are proof nobility still exists in the world for their legal expertise in this case is priceless.
